Gbuild exists to make AI accessible to people of all skill levels. For too long, the most capable tools have been reserved for those with the right training, the right hardware, or the right connections. We think that is backwards. The people who could benefit most from AI are often the ones it has been hardest to reach.

So we build for everyone. For the first-time user and the seasoned expert. For people who learn by doing and people who learn by reading. For anyone who has ever felt that technology was made for someone else. Our promise is simple: you should not need a manual, a degree, or a budget to do something remarkable.

The commitments below are how we keep that promise. They are not decoration beside the product — they are the product. Every default we choose either opens a door or closes one. We choose to open doors.

Our mission only works when every person who uses Gbuild — and every person affected by what people create with it — is treated with dignity and respect. Technology should expand what people can do, not narrow who they are allowed to be.

We are unequivocal: hatred, harassment, exploitation, and deception have no place in Gbuild — not in what you build with it, not in how people treat one another while using it, and not in the content it helps create. When something falls short of these standards, we respond — promptly, fairly, and with care for everyone involved.

The best technology is shaped by the widest range of human experience. When we say "everyone," we mean it — across every dimension of identity: race, ethnicity, color, national origin, ancestry, immigration status, gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, age, religion and belief, disability, neurodiversity, body size, socioeconomic status, veteran status, caregiver and family status, language, and education level — and the many ways these identities overlap.

Representation matters, but belonging is the deeper work: everyone should be able to show up as themselves and know their perspective is welcomed. And we design for equity, not just equality — different people start from different places, and genuine access means meeting people where they are. We approach cultures and languages with humility, never treating any one as the default, and we treat insensitivity as a real defect, not a cosmetic one.

Technology that works only for some people is unfinished. We design Gbuild so people of all abilities can use it — not as an afterthought, but as a foundation. We work toward the widely adopted WCAG accessibility standard: content that is perceivable to every sense, operable by any input method, understandable regardless of expertise, and compatible with assistive technologies.

We design with and for people who are blind or have low vision, who are deaf or hard of hearing, who navigate with a switch, voice, or eye-tracking, who live with chronic pain or fatigue, and who move through the world in any body. Neurodivergent people — including people with ADHD, autism, dyslexia, and other cognitive differences — deserve interfaces that respect varied attention, processing, and sensory needs. Neurodiversity is natural human variation, not a deficit. If our product creates a barrier for you, tell us — accessibility feedback is prioritized, never filed away.

"People of all skill levels" is not a slogan; it is a design constraint. Every feature is built for the person who has never used anything like it. We start from clarity, not cleverness. Terms are explained. Defaults are safe and sensible. Help is available in the moment, not buried in documentation. If an expert needs depth, the depth is there — but it never stands in the way of someone just getting started.

AI should not be a luxury. We are committed to Gbuild running well on the hardware people already own, at prices that respect real budgets, with learning curves that respect people's time. And we want every interaction to leave you a little more capable than before — more able, not more dependent.

Power without responsibility is recklessness. We take the ethics of AI seriously as a core obligation to every person our technology touches:

• Fairness. We actively work to identify and reduce bias, and we never treat the absence of a complaint as the absence of a problem.
• Transparency. You should be able to see when AI acted on your behalf, understand the basis for it, and know how to change it. We label AI-generated content clearly.
• Human agency. AI in Gbuild is a tool, not an authority. Consequential decisions stay with you, and you can review, modify, or reverse what AI does.
• Accountability. When something goes wrong, we own it — we investigate, explain, fix, and share what we learned.
• Privacy by design. We choose local processing when it can do the job, minimize what we send externally, and never use your content to train our models.

These commitments are informed by the UNESCO Recommendation on the Ethics of AI, the OECD AI Principles, and other hard-won wisdom about building technology that serves humanity.

Privacy is not a setting; it is a right. Your data is yours — we do not sell it, mine it for advertising, or share it with others for their benefit. We ask before we collect, explain why in plain language, gather the least we need, and prefer to keep your information on your own device. Gbuild uses no third-party analytics or tracking SDKs. The values here are put into practice in our full Privacy Policy.

Hatred and discrimination based on who someone is have no place in Gbuild. We prohibit content, conduct, and AI-generated outputs that demean, dehumanize, or incite hostility toward people based on any protected characteristic, including race, ethnicity, color, caste, or national origin; gender, gender identity, and expression; sexual orientation; religion or belief; age; disability — visible or invisible; neurodiversity; body size or appearance; socioeconomic status; immigration status; veteran status; pregnancy or family structure; language or accent; and any other characteristic protected by law.

This includes slurs and coded dehumanizing language, hateful or supremacist ideologies and symbols, denial of documented atrocities used to demean survivors, demeaning caricature, exclusion based on identity, and coordinated harassment campaigns. Our list is intentionally broad and non-exhaustive: if a characteristic central to a person's identity is used as a basis for hostility, it falls within the spirit of this standard.

Everyone deserves to participate without being targeted, intimidated, or degraded. We prohibit:

• Targeted harassment — sustained, unwanted contact, insults, or abuse directed at a person, including through AI-generated content
• Intimidation and threatening or menacing conduct meant to instill fear
• Cyberbullying — using digital tools to demean, mock, or publicly humiliate someone
• Stalking — persistent, unwanted observation, contact, or tracking
• Doxxing — publishing or threatening to publish someone's private information without consent
• Sexual harassment — unwanted advances, sexualized commentary, or requests directed at a person
• Pile-ons and coordinated abuse — mobilizing others to collectively target an individual
• Retaliation against anyone who reports a concern or supports someone who did

Impact often depends on context, power dynamics, and the vulnerability of the person targeted. Our review accounts for these factors.

Gbuild puts meaningful capability in your hands; with it comes responsibility. You agree not to use Gbuild — including its AI — to:

• Generate or amplify hateful, harassing, threatening, or discriminatory content
• Create content that exploits, endangers, or sexualizes children in any way
• Produce non-consensual intimate or sexual imagery of any person, real or fabricated
• Deceive people — misinformation, impersonation, fraud, or scams
• Incite, glorify, or give operational guidance for harm to people
• Build tools for unauthorized surveillance, stalking, or monitoring
• Facilitate human trafficking, exploitation, or forced labor
• Bypass safety measures or content controls in the product
• Create malware, phishing material, or tools for unauthorized access
• Infringe intellectual property or misappropriate someone's original work
• Make consequential decisions about people (employment, credit, housing, legal, medical) without meaningful human oversight and disclosure
• Interfere with democratic processes or mislead voters

This list is not exhaustive. We support legitimate creative expression, satire, research, journalism, and education — context matters, and we distinguish good-faith work from content that promotes or facilitates harm. When in doubt, we err on the side of protecting people.

The safety of children is unconditional. We maintain an absolute prohibition — no exceptions — on child sexual abuse material, the sexualization of minors (including fictional or AI-generated depictions), grooming, sextortion, and any content that facilitates the exploitation of a minor. We report apparent child exploitation to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and cooperate with law enforcement, as required by law, following the child-safety best practices of the Technology Coalition and Thorn.

We extend heightened protection to people in circumstances of particular vulnerability — including people in crisis, people experiencing homelessness, refugees and displaced people, and people under coercive control. Targeting someone because of their vulnerability is treated with the highest seriousness.

Gbuild is a creative and productivity tool, not a venue for threats or for celebrating harm to people. We prohibit credible threats, incitement, glorification of mass or targeted harm, and operational instructions for harming people. News reporting, historical documentation, education, and counter-speech are different from promotion, and we weigh intent, framing, and likely impact. When we identify a credible, imminent threat to someone's safety, we may share information with law enforcement as the law allows.

When someone is in pain, the right response is care — not punishment. We do not penalize people in crisis; our first instinct is to connect them with support. We do restrict content that promotes, romanticizes, or gives instructions for self-harm, or that pressures others toward it.

Every person's private information and personal boundaries deserve respect. We prohibit sharing someone's private information without consent; creating or sharing intimate imagery of a person without their consent (including AI-generated "deepfakes," which we treat as seriously as real imagery — the harm is real either way); sextortion and "revenge" imagery; unauthorized surveillance or biometric misuse; and recording or sharing private communications without the consent the law requires.

Consent is specific, informed, and revocable — consent given in one context does not extend to another. If you are affected by non-consensual intimate imagery, organizations such as the Cyber Civil Rights Initiative offer confidential support.

Trust is the foundation of useful technology, and we prohibit uses of Gbuild that undermine it: deliberate misinformation where accuracy affects people's safety, health, or democratic participation; impersonation; synthetic media made to deceive; fraud and scams; manipulative design that exploits people's biases or vulnerabilities; and passing AI-generated work off as original human work where that matters. When AI-generated content could reasonably be mistaken for human-created content in a consequential setting, we encourage clear disclosure — honesty about AI builds trust; concealment erodes it.

• No human exploitation. Gbuild must never be used to facilitate trafficking, forced labor, or the recruitment, advertising, or transport of people for exploitation, in line with guidance from the International Labour Organization and the Polaris Project.
• No platform manipulation. We prohibit coordinated inauthentic behavior, fake engagement, bot impersonation of real people, and spam that degrades the experience for others.
• No support for dangerous organizations or extremism. We prohibit promoting, recruiting for, or providing material support to terrorist groups, hate groups, or criminal organizations, and content promoting the dehumanization of, or claimed superiority over, any group of people. Good-faith reporting, analysis, and education about these topics are not violations.
• Respect for creative work.We respect intellectual property and expect the same — no systematic reproduction of others' work without authorization, and no passing AI output off as a specific creator's authenticated work.

We build tools, not traps. There are no infinite scrolls, autoplay loops, streaks, or engagement bait designed to hold your attention beyond your intent. We do not use confusing interfaces to nudge you into choices you did not mean to make — not for data, not for upselling, not for retention. We measure our success by what you accomplish with Gbuild, then get on with your life, not by how many hours you spend inside it.

Software has a physical footprint. We write efficient software because it consumes less energy, and we prefer on-device processing when it can do the job. We do not claim to be carbon-neutral today; we commit to measuring our impact honestly, reducing it deliberately, and reporting openly — greenwashing is a form of dishonesty, and dishonesty is something we refuse.

Our approach to human rights is informed by the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights and the UN Global Compact: we support fair and humane treatment of people across our team, our partners, and the vendors we choose, and we evaluate whether the people who build the tools we depend on are treated fairly. Where we can share knowledge or support communities advancing digital literacy, accessibility, and opportunity, we do.

If you experience or witness conduct that falls short of these standards, we want to hear from you. Email [email protected], or use the reporting option in the app where available. You do not need to be the target of a violation to report it — bystander reports are valued.

When you report, we acknowledge it as quickly as we can, review it carefully, and decide based on the evidence, the severity, any pattern of behavior, and the context. We then take proportional action, let you know the outcome to the extent we can while respecting everyone's privacy, and check in on you if you were affected. Our responses are graduated and fair:

• Education — a private note explaining which standard was not met, for first-time, good-faith missteps
• Warning — a formal notice, sometimes with a cooling-off period, for repeated or moderate issues
• Temporary restriction — a time-limited pause on certain capabilities or community access for serious or sustained issues
• Permanent removal — for severe violations such as child exploitation, credible threats, or sustained targeted harassment

If you believe an action was made in error, you can ask us to review it, and a different team member will take a fresh look. We treat reports with discretion, never publicly identify a reporter without their consent, and protect anyone who reports in good faith from retaliation.

Commitments without accountability are just words. We hold ourselves to the same standards we ask of our community, and when we fall short we say so plainly — with specifics — and correct course in the open. We treat safety as urgent work, not paperwork. These standards are living documents: we review them against evolving best practices, emerging harms, and your feedback, and we update them transparently.
